ASF personnel recovered 2.200 kg of ice heroin from a Jeddah-bound passenger couple. The passenger Muhammad Ilyas and his wife had skillfully concealed the ice heroin in polythene packets in the bag - however, the ASF personnel foiled the smuggling attempt by recovering the drug during a search of the luggage. After initial investigation, the accused were handed over to the ANF authorities for further legal action along with the recovered drugs.
